Herman Organic Ultra Strength Probiotic

I am very happy with this probiotic supplement. It arrived quickly and well package. The capsules are standard size capsules, and easy to swallow. There’s no discernible taste or odor. It doesn’t bother my stomach at all. I’ve noticed that I feel less bloated since I started taking me so I love them.

Have been taking them daily. Easy to swallow. Things seem to be working good as far as digestion is going. Hope that over time it helps in losing a few pounds. Mostly just taking tobimprove overall health she digestion. They seem to be a very high quality. Some I have tried didn't seem to make any difference. Happy with these.

I am taking one capsule daily for my stomach. No bloating for the whole day. I have more energy now, became regular and my appetite has improved. This is a great probiotic supplement with 30 billion organisms in one capsule. The probiotic is worth the money but a little pricey. There are similar ultra-strong probiotics for a lesser price. Now my body is protected from infections.

I have been taking probiotics for over 30 years and have tried many brands and formulations. In the early days, most probiotics contained only Acidophilus Lactobacillus. Over the years, as more research continued, additional strains of probiotics were discovered and eventually incorporated into various formulas.This Herman Organic formulation is very impressive... containing ten standard strains of probiotics found on the market today, plus four strains I have never seen before. There are 30 billion organisms per bottle and the label does say to refrigerate after opening. Dosage is one capsule per day on an empty stomach.For those of you with food allergies (I’m allergic to milk), this product is free of most common allergens including dairy. It is manufactured in the US in a GMP certified facility, and is non-GMO.Overall, this is a very impressive product. I like to keep three or four different brands/formulas on hand and switch daily back and forth among them. This Herman Organic formula will likely become one of my mainstays.

My doctor told me to start taking probiotics, but she didn't really give me any advice as to which ones to take, because all of our intestinal flora is in different balances from person to person. With a probiotic like this, it essentially will provide tons of different probiotics to your system, and then your system will balance itself out. So in my opinion, if you just want to stick to taking one probiotic supplement, this is the perfect choice. Recommended.
